Eating Apple Is Good Even For Studying!

Yes, this is true. I recently discovered that apple is one good fruit to start your day. We all know that most students find it hard to wake up and remove their sleepiness every morning but having an apple to eat right after you get up from your bed is guaranteed to take away your sleepy head!

Why is this so? Eating apple requires our jaws to move up and down; hence, it signals our brain that we are already awake and is ready to go.  It is believed that chewing or moving our jaws are good ways to break our sluggishness.

I also tried eating apple when I feel sleepy while doing some research work and reading book reports; and wow, eating apple is really effective in boosting my energy! The good thing about eating apple is that it is a fruit and therefore, you can eat it without feeling guilty. In fact, eating 2 to 4 apples a day is good for our overall health.

So for those students who are always sleepy whenever they are studying, why not munch an apple? It is way better than chewing bubble gums or munching chocolates and peanuts.
